Not the hotel's problem, but the taxi driver at the station ripped me off.

Rooms clean and pleasantly large. Quiet location. Fitness room well equipped, breakfast buffet very tasty and rich (Asian and western buffet), 5 minutes walk from the next metro station and the train station. Shopping centres immediately in front of the hotel.

I had a great stay at Jen Shenyang By Shangri-La. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall and the rail station nearby. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Despite a few minor issues with the bathtub and lighting, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

The duty manager, Mr. Jack Zhao was extremely friendly and accommodating. By mistake we had only ordered a room for 1 person, although we were 2 persons, which meant that only 1 breakfast was included in the price. Without hesitation Mr. Zhao offered us the second breakfast free of charge.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location, being close to the train and subway stations, and situated right in the middle of a busy shopping district. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

The hotel had a great location, near public transport and surrounded by shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable, with good amenities. Service was good, with friendly staff always eager to help. the breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of dishes to choose from.
Some parts of the hotel seemed outdated and in need of renovation.
